Natural pain relief for the body. Most injuries or pain happen around one of the 13 basic joints or 20 digits (fingers and toes) of the body. Ankle knees, hips, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and spine (neck and back.) If you are experiencing pain, bruising, swelling, or discomfort, place a few drops of this liniment oil and rub in for immediate relief. For extra benefits, massage with the Jade Gua Sha Tool.
There is something purely nostalgic and comforting about the smell of birch. This is 100% natural birch oil, wildcrafted from the woods of Russia — not a synthetic and sourced when I could get a reliable birch. This oil is in limited supply and I will include birch until my current supply is exhausted or can find a reliable source.
Birch combined with Peppermint releases tension and provides pain relief. The base of 13/20 begins with Organic Arnica flowers infused in Andiroba Oil (Peru/Brazil) which is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties. We slow infuse organic Arnica and Meadowsweet in Castor and (organic, USA) and Baru Oil which is good for rheumatism. Arnica is shown to relieve bruising and Castor benefits include topical anti-inflammatory, and anti-arthritic.
When to use: After running, cycling, or dancing. Use any time joints may feel inflamed, or muscles are tight and sore. Also, your achy feet may need a little love and care; a special treat for those of us who love dancing barefoot. Apply immediately after bruising or injury.
Instead of treating the entire body with a pain reliever; reach for your 13/20 joint balm, apply a few drops and massage into joints and digits.
This anti-inflammatory, pain reducing and aromatically uplifting liniment also contains:
Tamanu (Calophyllium) - in a generous enough amount to make a difference in comforting achy joints, rheumatism, arthritis and sciatica. Plus it softens and improves the texture of skin.
Unrefined Baru Oil - The oil is rich in medicinal properties and has been used as a natural anti- rheumatic remedy, used to promote circulation of blood in the skin and to help relieve pain and swelling during an injury. It has antiviral, anti-fungal, antibacterial, and insecticidal properties. Topical rubs can treat and relieve the physical symptoms associated with arthritis, rheumatism, burns, cuts, and wounds.
Essential Oils - of lavender and orange to calm and uplift, which is sometimes necessary when injury occurs.
Apply as needed, rubbing well into joints, muscles, hands, feet, between the fingers and toes.
Choose from 2 dram sample size, .5 oz, 1 oz and now offering the larger 2 oz size; reusable glass bottle with dropper.
Wisdom Words: Consult your physician if using essential oils while pregnant or nursing. Massage therapists— use a small amount in specific areas for your clients with inflammation or injury. For initial use, apply consistently every 1-2 hours as needed.
